Digital & Screen Printing

SCREEN PRINTING is a traditional technique where ink is pressed through a mesh screen onto a surface, creating a stencil to block certain areas from ink penetration, resulting in the desired image. Screen printing is particularly advantageous in bulk clothing printing. It offers exceptional durability and vibrant color reproduction, making it ideal for printing designs and logos onto garments with long-lasting results.

DIGITAL PRINTING or Direct-to-Film printing, involves transferring designs directly onto a film sheet, which is then heat-pressed onto the fabric. This method eliminates the need for screens or stencils, making it easier to set up the jobs. This process is especially suitable for complex designs or low volume orders. Unlike screen printing, DTF printing allows gradients and photorealistic images.
