Using the site

The takedownstudio.com website presents Takedown Studio’s services and products. By using it, you accept these terms. You agree to use it lawfully and not to try to disrupt its operation.

Intellectual property

The text, images, illustrations, logos and design of the site belong to Takedown Studio or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them without our written consent. The brands and product models in the catalogue belong to their respective owners.

Files you send us

If you send us a logo, artwork or an idea, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to ask us to reproduce it on products. Takedown Studio may decline a project that infringes the rights of others.

Quotes and site information

A request sent through the form is not a contract. The prices, timelines, products and availability shown on the site are indicative and may change. A project is confirmed only by a written quote or agreement with Takedown Studio.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the site information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or that the site is always available. To the extent permitted by law, Takedown Studio is not liable for damages related to the use of the site or of third-party sites it links to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The courts of the judicial district of Bedford have jurisdiction, subject to your consumer rights.
